Returns and Exchanges

Here at Red Rum International we take pride in customer satisfaction. If you would like to make an exchange or return, we will replace the item with another or a product of equal value . Products must be unwashed, in same condition as when received to be returned (tags-on). You will be provided a label via email for you to print-out, free of charge. Please re-package the product and properly apply the printed label, covering the surface area of the label completely with transparent material such as packaging tape. Please Mail the package via the method indicated on the label (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase. Any later and the return or exchange will not be valid.
